Fueled by ambition and hustle, they threw themselves into cold calls, caffeine, and relentless execution. From that garage, we’ve grown into a lean, high-functioning team of 10, helping businesses in industries like staffing, manufacturing, and IT get measurable growth through web and digital marketing. But we don’t operate like the big agencies—and we don’t want to.
Our edge? We move fast, think bold, and deliver results that hit hard. We thrive on curiosity, growth, and bold moves. Our process digs deeper, pushing boundaries to create solutions that drive real impact.

It was 2020, and the world hit pause. But in one garage, things were just starting. Ray and Dom, fueled by a mix of frustration and ambition, ditched the corporate grind and threw everything (literally) into Square Waves. Armed with a laptop and a vision, they began cold calling their way to a new reality. That garage became a proving ground—teaching them how to move fast, break rules, and build something from nothing.

Soon, the garage wasn’t enough. So they took a leap—an office. Maybe it was early, maybe it wasn’t, but when you’re building something big, you trust your gut. With one month’s rent and more guts than sense, they turned an empty room into their new HQ. It was time to turn dreams into action.

Pizza-fueled nights, beers with friends, and endless IKEA furniture later, the office came to life. It wasn’t just an office—it was the birthplace of what came next. Screens lit up, ideas flew, and slowly, the place started feeling like home. It was more than a space—it was a launchpad.

And then it happened—momentum. The phones didn’t stop ringing, the clients kept coming, and Square Waves started carving out space where others hadn’t. We helped businesses grow, and our team grew right along with them. More ideas, more hands on deck, more wins in the bag.
Now we’re ten strong and serving clients across the country. Our sights are set on growing to a 50-person powerhouse in the next two years. The best part? We’re only getting faster, sharper, and more relentless.
