LSC Demo is a union demolition contractor known for delivering clean, efficient job sites with a sharp focus on safety and accountability. Trusted by developers, general contractors, and property managers, their team is called in when it’s time to tear down and build up—fast, safely, and by the book.
When they approached Square Waves, LSC was ready to level up their branding and digital presence. Their work spoke for itself—but their materials didn’t. Our mission was clear: build a brand identity and marketing system as tough, polished, and professional as the work they do on site.

We tackled this project in four parts: brand identity design, hard hat rollout, a new website, and brochure development—each strategically built to raise visibility, build trust, and support LSC’s no-BS approach.
Brand Identity & Logo Design
We developed a bold, modern logo that reflects LSC’s clean, efficient work and union-built pride. The design was tested across multiple use cases—embroidery, web, print—and paired with a wider visual identity system: color palette, typography, tone, and usage guidelines.

Hard Hat Design & Fulfillment
Bringing the brand to the field, we designed and fulfilled custom hard hats that meet safety specs and look sharp on-site. The result: branding that doesn’t just live on paper, but works where they do.

Website Design & Build
We built a modern, mobile-optimized website with a clear structure focused on LSC’s core services: interior demo, exterior demo, clean handoffs, and union labor. Every element—from copy to layout—was designed for credibility and conversion, catering to time-strapped GCs and PMs.


Sales Brochure Development
To support in-person meetings, bids, and cold outreach, we created a high-impact brochure echoing the new brand system. It highlights key differentiators like union crews, spotless cleanups, and full-service demo—all while looking slick and professional.
